a) Contact and registration form submissions

When you submit an enquiry or register for portal access via our website forms, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Organisation name and job title

• Your selected stakeholder type and project interest

b) Geographic and technical data (form submissions only)

When you submit a form, we automatically collect your approximate geographic location by resolving your IP address through a third-party geolocation service (ipapi.co). This occurs only at the moment of form submission — not during general browsing of this website. The data collected includes:

• IP address
• Country, city, and region (approximate — not GPS-level precision)
• Timezone
• Internet service provider or organisation name

This information is used to understand the geographic context of inbound enquiries and to respond to you appropriately. We do not use it to track your browsing behaviour or build a profile about you.

c) Analytics data (cookies)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website — including pages viewed, time spent, and general geographic region. Form submission data held by Formspree is retained in accordance with their data retention policy. We do not retain raw form submission data on our own servers. If you contact us by email following a form submission, we will retain that correspondence for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship with you.

Our third-party processors (Formspree, ipapi.co, Google) may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions recognised under GDPR.
