Chief Executive Officer

Sahara Sunday Spain is a specialist in detailed legal frameworks, and an entrepreneur with an emphasis in creative thinking. With a decade of experience in contract law, criminal defense, and high finance litigation as both a paralegal and discovery coordinator, she has worked with top law firms across California and the UK. At nine years old, she published her first book, and started her first school in Mali, which ran successfully for over fifteen years. Having lived in over twenty countries, Ms. Spain brings a unique perspective to the operating team. As CEO, she will prioritize ground-breaking, comprehensive, and bio-sustainable methodologies with an eye towards equitable development. Ms. Spain holds two degrees from Colgate University.

Satanay Hallac

Director of Environmental and Structural Design

Satanay Hallac is an accomplished specialist in Environmental Urban Planning with extensive experience at regional, city, and town levels. She holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Environmental Urban Planning and has pursued further certifications in Geospatial Information Science and Sustainability at Arizona State University. With a robust background in coordinating with town officials and the public, Ms. Hallac has successfully developed comprehensive 10-year development plans that align with the visions of both city officials and the communities they serve. As a city planner for Phoenix, she collaborated with local communities and private developers, ensuring residential, commercial, and wireless facility projects adhered to environmental and city regulations. Recognizing the critical role of regenerative infrastructure in urban development, Ms. Hallac served as a Travel Model Specialist at the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). There, she worked alongside state officials and the Federal Highway Administration, further enhancing her skills in GIS and TransCAD, and earning a certificate in Data Management (DCAM). Ms. Hallac's multicultural background and international experience allow her to incorporate diverse perspectives into creating resilient and regenerative communities. Her innovative approach is informed by a deep understanding of the varied needs of different populations. As the new Director of Environmental and Structural Design, Ms. Hallac will oversee all architectural initiatives, bringing her vast experience and visionary approach to lead the team towards groundbreaking regenerative development.

Lionel Cren

Chief Operating Officer

Lionel Cren brings over 35 years of extensive experience across Africa, the Middle East, the Far East, and the USA. Beginning his career in nuclear engineering and transitioning to the army with a specialization in logistics, Lionel has demonstrated proven leadership and operational expertise in various complex environments.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Cren has held key leadership roles in multinational corporations such as ESSO, TOTAL, and Oceaneering, overseeing operations, logistics, and security. His tenure includes significant contributions to offshore operations, particularly in Angola, where he spent over two decades developing robust logistical and operational frameworks.

Mr. Cren's strategic acumen is complemented by his hands-on experience in setting up and managing companies, including his recent role as Managing Director of Oil Senegal Support Services, where he established the company as a leading oil and gas service provider. His international project experience is underscored by his ability to communicate fluently in seven languages, allowing him to navigate and negotiate effectively in diverse cultural contexts.
